The pp tanks manufacturing at sfg vary from 20mm thickness to 40 mm thickness. These are chiefly manufactured using high quality poly-propylene sheet from roechling or equivalent make. Storage tanks/vessels are designed and manufactured at sfg for the storage of the special type of chemicals or fluids, which are used in various industries and also cannot be stored in normal tanks. GRP vessels are used where critical chemicals are to be stored in complete isolation. We have manufactured grp vessels for storage pure chlorine at 95˚ centigrade, using the most advanced resins for the complete chemical and physical stability of vessel.
PP/FRP find the most common application in various industries where acids or highly corrosive chemicals are to be stored. We at sfg use the most advanced technology for fusion welding of the pp and for the complete tank formation. These are mostly used in pharmaceutical industries.
These are used where mild corrosive contents are to be stored or where the vessel is used for reaction. Here to overcome high pressures and stability of vessels, advance resins are used inside the MS tanks.
